Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Network Partners Manager to oversee and expand the Food Soldiers Network in Port Harcourt. This role involves building strong relationships with network partners, driving growth, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and networking skills, experience in partner management, and a passion for community engagement. They will be responsible for onboarding new partners, tracking performance, resolving partner concerns, and promoting the network's benefits to increase membership and participation. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Food Soldiers Network partners.
- Act as the main point of contact between partners and the company.
- Ensure partners align with company goals, values, and policies.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the partner network.
- Identify, onboard, and integrate new partners into the network.
- Organize outreach programs and promotional activities to attract new members.
- Organize and facilitate training sessions to educate partners on network benefits and operational processes.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure partner success.
- Ensure partners have access to resources and materials needed for their growth.
- Track and analyse partner performance, ensuring targets are met.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on partner engagement, growth, and challenges.
- Identify and resolve partner-related issues and concerns in a timely manner.
- Represent the Food Soldiers Network at events, meetings, and industry gatherings.
- Promote the network's benefits through various channels to attract more members.
- Develop marketing and engagement strategies to enhance network visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in partner management, community engagement, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Social Sciences, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong partner relationships.
- Proven ability to grow networks, recruit new members, and foster engagement.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle partner concerns effectively.
- Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with company goals.
- Experience in organizing training, events, and promotional activities is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for tracking partner performance.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet performance targets.
- Passion for community engagement and network building.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Port Harcourt on a self-support basis.
